Terms of Use
Effective date: April 26, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hundoo app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using Hundoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Who operates Hundoo
Hundoo is operated by Andreas Glasø Skifjeld, through the sole proprietorship Andreas Glasø Skifjeld ENK (Org. No. 824 883 092), with business address at Skogfaret 6A, 0382 Oslo, Norway.
In these Terms, “Hundoo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Andreas Glasø Skifjeld / Andreas Glasø Skifjeld ENK as the operator of the Service.
You can contact us at support@hundoo.app.
2. About Hundoo and who can use it
Hundoo is a social challenge and habit app that allows users to create, join, track, and complete personal or shared challenges, either on their own or together with friends.
You may use Hundoo only for your own personal, non-commercial use and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
To use Hundoo, you must be at least 13 years old, or older if the laws in your country require a higher minimum age to use apps or online services like Hundoo. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
Hundoo is intended for individual users only. You may not create an account or use the Service on behalf of another person, organization, or entity unless we expressly allow it.
We may limit, suspend, or refuse access to Hundoo where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, comply with the law, or prevent abuse, misuse, or security risks.
Because Hundoo may be available worldwide, you are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is permitted in your location and complies with applicable local laws.
3. Accounts and user responsibilities
To use certain features of Hundoo, you may need to create an account using your email address and a password.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or otherwise compromised, you must contact us as soon as possible.
You may choose a username or display name for your profile. You do not need to use your real name, but you may not impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or otherwise mislead others about who you are.
You may only create and use accounts for yourself. You may not create an account for another person without permission or use another person’s account.
You agree to provide accurate account information where required and to keep it reasonably up to date.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that are used in violation of these Terms, for deceptive or abusive behavior, for security reasons, or where reasonably necessary to protect Hundoo, our users, or the integrity of the Service.
We may also refuse account creation or activation where we reasonably believe this is necessary to prevent abuse, deception, security risks, or unlawful use of the Service.
4. User content and challenge content
Hundoo allows users to create, upload, submit, and share content, including usernames, profile information, challenge titles and descriptions, comments, photos, check-ins, reactions, and other content you choose to post or make available through the Service (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting or sharing User Content through Hundoo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and distribute that User Content as needed to operate, provide, maintain, secure, improve, moderate, and support the Service.
This includes, for example, displaying your content to other users based on the visibility settings and sharing options you choose, creating backups, reviewing content for trust and safety purposes, investigating abuse or policy violations, processing reports, and using content as reasonably necessary for customer support and technical operations.
You are responsible for the User Content you post. You represent that you own your User Content or otherwise have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to post it and to grant us the rights described in these Terms.
You must not post content that violates the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other proprietary or legal rights.
Hundoo offers visibility options such as Private, Friends, Friends of Friends, and Public. You are responsible for choosing the visibility level that is appropriate for your content. We will handle and display your User Content in line with the visibility settings you select, subject to these Terms and our moderation and enforcement rights.
We will not use your identifiable User Content in external advertising or promotional materials without your permission. We may use anonymized, recreated, aggregated, or otherwise non-identifying examples to demonstrate, document, support, or promote the Service.
If you delete content or delete your account, we will generally delete or anonymize User Content linked to your account, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, moderation, audit, or operational reasons. In some cases, certain interactions or records may remain in de-identified or generic form, such as replacing your name with a non-identifying label where needed to preserve the context or integrity of other users’ content or activity.
Blocking another user does not delete that user’s account or content. Instead, blocking functions as a mutual visibility and interaction filter between the two accounts. Content from a blocked user may remain on the Service and continue to be visible to other users, including in shared spaces where relevant, even if it is hidden from you.
Reporting content or a user does not automatically remove that content or account from the Service. Reports are reviewed by Hundoo staff and handled in our discretion.
5. Acceptable use and prohibited behavior
You may not use Hundoo in any way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or interferes with the operation of the Service or the experience of other users.
In particular, you may not:
- post, upload, share, or promote sexually explicit or adult content;
- post, upload, share, or promote violent, graphic, or disturbing content;
- create, encourage, or participate in dangerous, harmful, or illegal challenges, including content involving self-harm, reckless stunts, violence, illegal acts, or behavior that could reasonably cause physical or psychological harm;
- harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users;
- post hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content targeting individuals or groups;
- impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or otherwise mislead others about your identity;
- post content that is false, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to manipulate or mislead others;
- spam other users, create fake engagement, or use Hundoo for unsolicited promotions or commercial messaging;
- use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or similar technical means to access, monitor, copy, or interfere with the Service without our permission;
- upload or distribute malware, malicious code, phishing links, or other harmful or deceptive technology;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with the integrity, security, or proper functioning of Hundoo;
- post or share content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- misuse blocking, reporting, or other safety tools, including by making abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith reports; or
- use Hundoo in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
We may decide whether content or behavior violates these Terms based on the purpose of these rules, the safety of our users, the integrity of the Service, and the context in which the behavior occurs.
6. Moderation, reporting, enforcement, and termination
Hundoo may review, investigate, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts where we believe this is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with the law, respond to complaints or reports, address abuse, or protect the integrity and security of the Service.
This includes the right to:
- remove or hide content;
- issue warnings;
- limit account or feature access;
- suspend accounts temporarily;
- terminate accounts permanently; and
- report unlawful or serious harmful behavior to relevant authorities where appropriate.
We may take these actions if we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, creates risk for users or the platform, is harmful or unsafe, or is otherwise inconsistent with the purpose and spirit of Hundoo.
Users may be able to report user profiles, challenges, check-ins, and photos through the Service. We may also accept reports through support channels such as support@hundoo.app.
Reports are reviewed by Hundoo staff or representatives. Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed, hidden, or that enforcement action will be taken. Any review outcome, including no action, content removal, warning, suspension, or termination, is determined by Hundoo in its discretion based on the available information, our policies, and applicable law.
We may keep records of reports, related evidence, review notes, and moderation outcomes for trust and safety, legal compliance, audit, repeat-offender review, and operational purposes, even if the reported content or account is later deleted.
If you submit a report, we will generally not disclose your identity to the reported user. We are not obligated to share moderation outcomes or investigation details with the reporting user or the reported user, except where required by law or where we choose to do so.
If you believe content or a user violates these Terms, you may report it through available in-app tools or contact us at support@hundoo.app.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to your account, challenges, content, and other information associated with the Service. We are not obligated to restore access, but you may contact us at support@hundoo.app if you believe enforcement action was taken in error.
We may also suspend or terminate your access immediately where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, security, fraud prevention, or to prevent harm to other users or the Service.
We may access, preserve, and disclose information where we reasonably believe this is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, enforce these Terms, investigate potential violations, detect or prevent fraud, security, or technical issues, or protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Hundoo, our users, or others.
Blocking is a user-controlled safety and privacy feature and is separate from reporting, moderation, enforcement, or account action by Hundoo. Blocking another user does not by itself mean that the blocked user has violated these Terms or that Hundoo has reviewed or taken action against that user.
7. Blocking and safety controls
Hundoo may provide personal safety features such as blocking.
If you block another user:
- the block may apply in both directions so that neither account can meaningfully interact with or view the other on core social surfaces;
- profiles may become inaccessible to each other;
- each user may be removed from the other’s search results;
- check-ins, photos, challenges, tags, comments, notes, and similar social content may be hidden between the two users;
- friendships, reactions, and certain notifications between the two users may be removed;
- the users may be prevented from sending friend requests, invitations, reactions, tags, or similar interactions to one another; and
- some shared spaces, such as multi-person challenges, may continue to exist while each blocked user is filtered from the other’s view.
Blocking is intended as a personal filtering and safety feature. It does not necessarily erase the other user’s content from the Service, destroy shared content for other participants, or prevent a determined person from viewing public content through another account or outside the blocked relationship.
We may change how blocking and other safety features work over time.
8. Intellectual property
Hundoo and all rights in the Service, including the app, website, software, code, design, layout, branding, logo, visual elements, text, graphics, and other platform content made available by us, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in Hundoo or any part of the Service other than the limited right to use it for its intended personal purpose in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of the User Content you create and share through Hundoo, subject to the license you grant us under these Terms.
Unless permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit any part of Hundoo;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
- remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
- use our name, logo, branding, or other protected materials in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without permission.
You are welcome to share ordinary screenshots, links, or public references to Hundoo for personal, editorial, review, or promotional discussion, provided that you do not do so in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or commercially abusive way.
To the extent Hundoo includes third-party software, libraries, or open source components, those items may be governed by their own applicable license terms.
9. Health, safety, and activity disclaimers
Hundoo is a social challenge and habit app. It is not a medical, healthcare, fitness, training, nutritional, mental health, or other professional advice service.
Any challenges, goals, suggestions, content, or activities available through Hundoo are provided for informational, motivational, entertainment, and social purposes only. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any challenge, activity, or behavior is appropriate for you.
You participate in challenges and activities at your own risk. You should use common sense and good judgment and should not create, join, attempt, or continue any challenge or activity that is unsafe, illegal, excessively risky, or not appropriate for your age, condition, experience, or circumstances.
You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise, health, wellness, or other potentially demanding activity, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, limitation, or concern.
We do not monitor or verify the safety, suitability, legality, or accuracy of user-created challenges or user-submitted content, and we are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or other harm resulting from activities, challenges, or conduct undertaken by users in connection with Hundoo.
We may remove or restrict challenges or content that we believe are dangerous, harmful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Service, but we are not obligated to review all content and our failure to remove content does not mean we approve it.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Hundoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Service, including that Hundoo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, reliable, or available at any particular time or location.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always function without delays, disruptions, bugs, loss of data, or security incidents, or that any content or user activity on the Service will be accurate, complete, lawful, or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunities, or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Hundoo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Hundoo or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to us for Hundoo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- NOK 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or other rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Privacy and personal data
Your use of Hundoo is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data.
You should not share sensitive personal data about yourself or others through Hundoo unless it is genuinely necessary and appropriate to do so. You are responsible for the personal data and other content you choose to post, including in profiles, challenges, check-ins, notes, comments, and photos.
If you upload content that includes another person, including photos or personal information about them, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share that content and, where required, that you have any necessary permission or consent.
If you delete your account or request deletion of your personal data, we will generally delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time and without undue delay, except where we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, moderation, audit, backup, or other legitimate operational reasons.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to Hundoo, legal requirements, safety practices, or the way the Service operates.
If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users, such as by posting an updated version in the app, on the website, or through another appropriate service notice.
The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the revised version unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By continuing to use Hundoo after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Hundoo and may delete your account.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and your use of Hundoo are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If you have a concern, complaint, or dispute relating to Hundoo, you agree to contact us first at support@hundoo.app and give us a reasonable opportunity to try to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of Norway, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed legal venue, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply to you under applicable law.
14. Assignment and severability
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a reorganization, transfer of the Service, business restructuring, or sale of Hundoo.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
